Randy does some working out in wedges and a tight body suit. She stretches out her legs a variety of ways including bending over and sticking her ass out. She gets on the floor and does some yoga positions, extending her long legs in the air while point her feet. Then she exercises on the elliptical machine which really flexes her calves.
